Just spent 55 minutes on the phone with United resolving an issue with their website that messed up my reservation. To their credit, they DID fix it free of charge, but only after attempting to persuade me to pay hundreds of dollars in change fees 15 times during the call. The old days of true CUSTOMER service are long dead.

Ordered a few watch/button batteries off Amazon. Thought maybe I would 2-day ship them. Couldn’t be much right, they don’t weigh anything and they’re very small. Guess again!!! $89.82 for shipping.
