On a serious road trip, Waze is far more effective than a radar detector. On a recent trip back from Ohio it “paid for itself” many times over (sneaky PA turnpike police). Absolutely love it! Though, to be honest the last thing in the world most drivers need is something else in the “cockpit” that is distracting, so I’m a bit torn.
