Well I am BEYOND pissed off. The very expensive high speed/capacity memory card in my very expensive “pro-sumer” camera just failed. The Canon 70D gave absolutely no indication that there was a problem. It allowed me to see images in preview and then simply and silently didn’t write them to the bad card. I lost an entire photo shoot with my buddy’s new baby! Now I understand why real pros demand and spend big $ for cameras with dual cards. An extra $1000 for that feature is money well spent against the loss of an irreplaceable shoot. Canon should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for giving no warning or error message.
