If you own a desktop computer older than 3 years and have never cleaned it, do so now before it bites the dust… literally. Note… this puppy ain’t mine. It died via thermal shutdown about 30 minutes after power on. Recoverable…TBD.
5 year old Android tablet… most popular apps install and run. 5 year old iPad Mini… 90% of popular apps won’t install, rendering it nearly useless. This issue isn’t directly Apple’s fault, as there is a way for developers to support older versions of the iOS… they simply don’t as a rule.
One has to wonder if this will go down as the most wasteful military program in history. Unmanned will deprecate this program in no time, if not already.
