Just spent 55 minutes on the phone with United resolving an issue with their website that messed up my reservation. To their credit, they DID fix it free of charge, but only after attempting to persuade me to pay hundreds of dollars in change fees 15 times during the call. The old days of true CUSTOMER service are long dead.

Gotta love it… a $200 Samsung home camera that only allows static IP assignment if you use the wired network port. If you want to use wifi, then you’re restricted to dynamic IP. Wtf!
