5 year old Android tablet… most popular apps install and run. 5 year old iPad Mini… 90% of popular apps won’t install, rendering it nearly useless. This issue isn’t directly Apple’s fault, as there is a way for developers to support older versions of the iOS… they simply don’t as a rule.
