I’ve been using Microsoft Windows 10 TP for quite some time now, with the full Microsoft 360 Office Suite and numerous other older and newer programs. There are some nit compatibility issues with really old stuff, but generally it’s a non-issue. The current build of the Technical Preview is quite stable. From a UX perspective, it is LIGHT YEARS ahead of piece of crapola that is Win8/8.1. Microsoft is truly taking the time to get it right. Frankly, from what I can see so far, Win 10 w/a touch screen will totally antiquate Apple’s OS X. Not sure what’s up Apple’s sleeve (probably something iOS like), but it better be good and it better be soon else they’re going to see their Mac sales plunge. If you have some means of running a virtual machine (Parallels is what I’m using), then I highly recommend giving Windows 10 TP a whirl if you’re into that sort of thing.

Tear down
Have you ever wondered what’s inside that little white Ez-Pass box attached to your windshield… well no longer thanks to a handy Dremel tool. I’m super impressed with the large bright screen and the the massive battery life in such a light-weight/thin package. […]
