If you are a techie, you’re probably aware of or have read one or more Robert Paterson books where the central theme revolves around tech gone bad. As we evolve robots and AI, we are guaranteed to experience a fair share thereof. Netflix Account Profiles feature has been broken for over 6 months. Customer services says, yes we know its broken and annoying. We hope to have a fix by the end of the year. This from a multi-billion dollar company. Really, they can’t find a team of engineers to fix the darn software. Sad.
